8th International Bilhikem Social Sciences Student Symposium
Theme: “Palestine in All Its
Aspects”
Dear Young Scholars,
We invite you to the “Palestine in All Its Aspects” student symposium, where we will explore Palestine’s rich history, its diverse culture, and its deep social structure.
Throughout history, Palestine has been home to some of the world’s oldest civilizations, serving as a crossroads for different cultures, religions, and nations. These lands, with their geography, history, and cultural heritage, have become symbols of tragic events, exile, and resistance in the past century.
In this symposium, we aim to understand and analyze the region from a wide perspective, covering everything from Palestine’s ancient history and geography to its contemporary political issues, from its religious heritage to education, politics, economics, culture, and arts. We aim to create a platform for young researchers and students to share their ideas while addressing Palestine from historical, cultural, and humanitarian perspectives.
In today’s world, Palestine represents values of justice, human rights, and responsibilities, not only for the Muslim community but also as a test for universal human ideals. Palestine is not merely a geographic entity; it symbolizes the global conscience in terms of human rights and responsibilities, international law, resistance, and solidarity.
We invite you to this meaningful gathering to understand, explain, and build stronger solidarity in support of the rightful struggle of the Palestinian people.
